How is pricing structured, and what does the investment actually buy?+

Pricing is structured individually per engagement, scoped to brands, team size, product complexity, and geographic reach. Anchor it to what one properly built product launch, one channel that actually generates leads, or a team that executes without you is worth to your business over 12 months. The architecture we build together exists long after the engagement ends, brand systems, product pages, dashboards, SOPs, playbooks your team runs from. That's what the investment reflects: not hours, but the infrastructure that compounds.

I've worked with agencies before and it didn't work. How is this different?+

I'm not an agency. Agencies give you output, campaigns, decks, content. I give you architecture: systems that run, tools you own, and a strategic partner who sees your whole business. The difference shows up in the first 30 days. Agencies make you more dependent on them over time. A proper Full Venture Build makes you less dependent on anyone, because the structure we build is yours.

Can we start with something smaller to test the fit first?+

Yes, two ways. One: a one-week Bottleneck Session where you experience how I work, receive a full Architecture Brief, and if you continue into the Full Venture Build within 60 days the session fee counts toward your first month. Two: the Growth Build (3–6 months) if your situation is genuinely a three-pillar problem rather than a four-pillar one. We decide which is right in the strategic conversation.

How is this different from hiring a fractional COO or CMO?+

A fractional COO runs operations. A fractional CMO runs marketing. Neither designs and builds simultaneously across marketing, product, operations, and strategic partnership, which is what the Full Venture Build does. You get the four functions integrated under one architectural mind, not four specialists working in parallel with seams between their work.

The engagement evolves with your business, indefinitely if it's working. If you pause, there's a tool-licensing option so you can keep using the custom-built systems (dashboards, operating infrastructure). If you end, clean handover: all deliverables, documentation, and team workflows belong to you. No golden handcuffs. The goal is that your business eventually outgrows needing me in the weekly operating rhythm.
